Q1: Which size is right for me?
A1: The best way to tell is to measure your waist circumference and compare it to the sizing chart. Note: The measurements may differ from standard clothing sizes (for example, the M size may not fit someone who wears medium shirts).
Q2: Can I wear this posture corrector without an undershirt?
A2: Although the material of the posture corrector is breathable and skin-friendly, to ensure your comfort we recommend wearing an undershirt.
Q3: Can I wear it while I am sleeping?
A3: No, wearing the posture corrector for more than 3 hours at a time is not recommended.
Q4: How do I clean my posture corrector?
A4: We recommend hand washing to prevent stretching. When washing please remember:
1. First, remove both back brace plates.
2. Wash gently in room temperature water, no hotter than 86°F (30°C) for no more than 15 minutes.
3. Hang up to air-dry away from direct sunlight.
Q5: How long should I wear it each day?
A5: When you start out wearing it, we recommend 20 minutes per day. As your body adapts, you can gradually extend this time.

I sit in front of my laptop every day for hours and noticed that my back was starting to hurt. I also did not want to develop bad posture so I took a chance and bought this. The product is very soft and comfortable to wear. I started wearing it today and noticed that my back is starting to feel so much better. I purchased the XL one, thinking that I could adjust it any way I want and it’s wonderful.

I had put my back out a few weeks ago and let me tell you it was the most ridiculous way I had done it. I had my foot up on the bed rail and twisted to look behind me and “there ya go!” Wham!!! I was literally a mess!I had attributed it to having to transfer my husband for years as his illness got worse and he was unable to walk any longer.I had stretched everyday regardless which took at least 10 minutes before I went on walks….didn’t want to not do any exercise because that would be worse!Anyway, I was told that I kind of hunched forward a bit so was suggested to look into a posture corrector. I looked on Amazon and saw this one and read the reviews so took a chance. Once I put it on I literally felt better. Keep in mind, I had gone about 2 1/2 weeks after putting my back out and stretching/walking before I purchased it but it really helped and is helping me keep my posture where it should be thus creating no pain in my lower back. I am consciously aware of standing straighter. The only downfall I have is that it is annoying in the arm pit area but after a while you don’t really notice it and I will adjust it so its not a big deal.I would highly reccomend this product. I like the support it gives 👍🤗

Je suis très satisfaite de mon correcteur de posture du dos. J’ai commencé une nouvelle tâche au travail, et toute ma région du coup, épaules et dos, est devenue méga tendue. Mes épaules se courbent vers l’avant. J’ai du ajuster mon correcteur une couple de fois. En effet c’est mieux de l’installer sur un t-shirt genre, pour ne pas heriter les aisselles. Ça fait juste une couple de jours que je l’ai. Et je sens déjà moins de douleur, et me sens moins tendu.

This is the best product I have purchased during this whole lockdown and work from home environment. I didn’t really notice but I have a bad posture and now that we are not in the office, I’m staying in the chair for extended periods of time as I don’t have colleagues to bug :)This product is very easy to equip and is of excellent quality. The shoulder pads can be adjusted to one’s own comfort. Since the first use, I instantly noticed the tension in the back keeping it straight. I’m only wearing it for 20-25 mins for now but I can clearly see the difference once its taken off. It actually prompts you to sit straight even without it. Looking forward to increase the wearing duration gradually.Most people think they dont need this until they actually try it and I guarantee that everyone can feel the difference instantaneously. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

I originally gave this a low review because it fit too small. But Kay at customer care reached out to me and sent me a new Larger back brace. I think it is size XL. This one is fits very well. It is well made. The straps are strong and hold well with Velcro. I use this every day now while I work from home. It helps keep my posture up-right so I don’t hunch over. I really feel like it is helping me with my posture. Vokka Customer care is really awesome! They really want to make sure you are happy with their product. I highly recommend this product.

This is probably the third posture support I’ve tried since quarantine started, and I have to say this is the best and most comfy one yet. The last one had a weird design that made it dig into the back of my neck, and really was uncomfortable to wear, but this just feels like wearing a tight backpack. It also doesn’t have weird straps that hang off the frame, so you can definitely wear this under clothes and it won’t be noticeable. Overall a great product for a great price.

Since the pandemic started and everything’s been online, My daughter has spent a lot of time on the computer which caused her poor posture. It also caused a lot of back and shoulder pain. Since using this product her back and shoulder has felt tremendously better and can see her posture improving. 100% will recommend and she will continue to use.

I have poor posture. I slouch and it is further complicated by the time I spend on the Iphone and computer.My wife found this and ordered it for me.I was anticipating being disappointed with this but have been very pleasantly surprised.I wore this for a half hour a day for two days and my posture improved.My wife commented on how my posture looked better, and I realized that I was feeling better, but didn’t attribute it to this vest.I feel so much better as a result of using this, that I actually ensure that it is part of my daily regime.I know I probably sound like the Sham-WOW guy, gut this product delivers amazing results!It is a bit uncomfortable after longer wear (rides under armpits and cuts a bit) , but adjusting the seating of it helps in the short term.After 5 days of use, this little device has become a regular part of my day. I feel better for wearing it.Definitely recommend that you buy this if your posture is poor.
