Using Tips:
1. If you only plug one wire, you should make sure that two pads connected with the same wire are placed on your skin at the same time so that the unit can work properly. If you plug two wires, you need to connect the 4 or 6 pads to the both wires and then place all of these pads on your skin at the same time, otherwise it will not work.
2. The TENS device will be shut off automatically because the timer is set for 10-60 minutes. The max timing for one running is 60 minutes. If you need more therapy for longer than 60 minutes, you need to reset it.
Note: Not suitable for pregnant women and hypertension patients, and not safe for people with pacemakers.

I suffer from chronic pain due to old sports injuries. Rotator cuff impingements in both shoulders, neck stiffness from car accidents and tennis elbow… probably from using my cellphone too much.. All this to say. this little unit is AWESOME. I can use it at work discretely and of course at home. I’ve had it about a week and I can already tell a difference. It’s very effective for immediate relief of pain. I might buy another one just to keep it at work.

Still getting used to all of the settings (modes), which are not overly clear in the minimal instruction manual or on the Belifu website. There are 4 sub-modes (1,2,3,4) within 6 primary modes (these are a bit more clear as there are small pictures suggesting what the modes would replicate), but they should be explained. Once you’ve registered the 24-month warranty, Belifu sends you a few diagrams as to proper placement of the pads, but again, still uncertain of which mode would be the most effective. The owner’s manual gives you a list of 24 modes…but where are they within the six main modes? Other than that, very portable device (comes with its own small travel bag), clean and crisp design and very effective considering the size and price. Impressive little package!

For months I procrastinated doing sufficient recovery exercises with my shoulder: weighing “rest” over “exercise.” I suffered a shoulder impingement, and it kept hurting, especially after exercise. Searching for solutions I discovered this TENS machine, and choose to gave it a shot. I’m now two weeks in, and I am truly stunned at its benefits.Specifically, it calms/removes pain. I have now been able to do streneous exercises with black elastic tape, working my rotator cuff strength, specific impingement exercises to get my shoulder move backward again, as well as tennis strength exercises. I exercise 3x a day for 30 min, and then use the TENS unit for 30 min prior sleep. It’s the first time since my injury that I feel confident that I am going to win my shoulder back (I’m late 50s), and with that my beloved games of tennis.The unit’s battery arrived at mid-charge, and is still at mid-charge. Very efficient. I ordered some gel to extend pad-life (have not had to use the gel, as the patch still work fine). Only caution is the tiny letters in the small user manual. But trust me: When you get your unit, simple step through the modes and stick with the one you feel works best. I use the top-left mode, in position 4, at strength 3 for A and B pads.In closing, I did some research in scientific literature, and the paper I found stated that TENS units are as effective a pain treatment as corticosteroid injections. Just search for “Are intra-articular corticosteroid injections better than conventional TENS in treatment of rotator cuff tendinitis in the short run? A randomized study.” There are more papers as well. With TENS being cheap, non-invasive, and allowed to be used many times a day if you want to, it’s for me clearly a superior way to go.Warmly recommended.

I was walking through the hospital the other day and a guy in a kiosk was selling high valued tens machines with a ton of accessories. Problem was very expensive. $300 for a complete set. I liked what he showed me and was impressed by the little unit. But I wasn’t about to throw 300 bucks down just to see if it was worth it or not. Did some searching here on Amazon and this one popped up with great ratings. Long story short, I threw down the 50 bucks on this little guy and does the same thing that expensive one did. It works amazingly. For me it was a little confusing on how to get going, because instructions like most Asian products are rough in translation. I really should get hired by the Chinese to write these instructions. I needed to use a 2 separate lead colors to operate one set of pads. That wasn’t obvious for me. I was just using 2 pads, but figured it out. Ran it for 30 mins and my shoulder felt great afterwards. So whatever the science is behind this method of treatment, seems to help. I slept well that night. I like the price for sure and would definitely recommend this device. I will be getting more pads as the shelf life is not as long as I would like. Take care of the pads to make em last longer.

This unit comes with way too many pads and this is not a bad thing…trust me. You can only use 4 pads at one time and I can assure you that this is more then enough.I didn’t read the instructions and it only took 10 seconds to figure out how to use it.I will need to eventually read the instructions so that I can maximize the full potential of this unit but I love thus far!!I use it in the office and in the car on the drive home from the gym.

Fast shipping, product is as described. The intensity levels are great, better than I expected. Make sure to register it for warranty in 2 weeks or less. I would definitely buy this mini massager again. It’s compact and can easily fit in any pocket. It may be called a mini massager but it’s very powerful.

I have been suffering from nerve impingement in my right shoulder, suffered for a week and decided to try a TENs massager so I opted for this Belifu unit only based on many positive reviews. I now want to add my positive review as a happy user but with a caveat , this massager can only help in conjunction with proper exercise.I find this Belifu massager can give temporary relief which is a welcomed feeling after a good session of exercise, it gives great comfort to the pain area, I can’t get enough of it, I use it 2-3 times a day (1/2 hour each) and now, after two weeks of using it and exercising, I am 70% better, have a long way to go still but I’m very optimistic I’ll be close to 100% in 3-4 weeks, that’s a realistic expectation , the massager is only part of the answer but having said that I still recommend it and so far it seems to come with creat customer service, I was contacted by Belifu rep and was offered a free package of extra pads which I just received , so it looks like they seem to stand behind their product, so far so good.

I have used TENS for a few years now and it was time to replace my old one.I stumbled across this model by accident and I’m so thankful I did. I really love the touch screen, it is so easy to use. it does have a screen lock feature, and this is a must have. the many options are great, I can really pinpoint what works the best. but the best thing about this model is that you can change the power level on each channel separately, sadly only the power level, the program that you want to use is the same on both channels. I am still very impressed with this little unit. I have used for 2 weeks twice a day for 40 minutes each time and I have not needed to charge it yet!!!!GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Easy to use, small and portable but packs a punch, so far I’ve only been able to go to level 5 and it’s goes up to level 10 in half increments, the pads are great and very sticky but they don’t leave anything behind, I’ve followed instructions and add a drop of water on the sticky part each time before I stick them on me, I’ve massaged my knees and worked out my muscle, quite amazing to see this little machine contract the crap out of my legs, would recommend, would buy again.
