I don’t think I’ll ever buy a different kind of pillow, after using this! The comfort is incredible for me, while still feeling very supportive. I would consider it to be of medium-soft support, yet it cradles my head so well. I feel “locked in” yet coddled. The air flow and breathability is so much better than my previous, standard cotton pillow, it’s like a new world. I’m already sleeping significantly better, and deeper than before. No regrets.

Love this pillow!!! best pillow I ever had in my 65 years of life! It is so comfortable, fluffy, yet solid! My head sinks into it, yet it supports my neck. Cool and comfortable at the same time as being so cosy! Love it!

I bought the bamboo (grey) pillow as a replacement for another memory foam one I had previously. It arrived very quickly and in great condition. There was no smell to it upon opening, which was great. I let it fluff up over 24 hours and then tried it. I found it to be a bit stiff and too warm for my needs (neck and head support). I wrote to the seller (BedStory) to ask about my options and they were incredibly helpful and offered a few solutions. Eventually, they sent me a replacement that they thought would fit my purposes better – the gel pillow (blue). It, too, arrived very quickly and was packaged securely. Upon opening, the new foam smell was evident and took a few days to dissipate. Once the smell was gone, I tried it and found that it stayed cooler than the bamboo (grey) pillow. It was more ‘cushiony’ and softer, but firm enough to support my neck very well. The pillow case washed well. I am quite pleased with the product and especially happy with the amazing customer service from BedStory. They followed up with me a few times to ensure I was still satisfied as the days went by. I find that the bamboo pillow was great for leaning my back against, as it gave a lot of support to my tender muscles. The gel pillow was better for my head and neck. *Pay attention to which product you are choosing before adding to your cart as they are not just different in colour, but also two different pillow types. This pillow is amazing overall, truly it is but I’d suggest the Square pillow as I had no issues switching between my back and side, whereas the Countour pillow was a hassle when I had to do so and I also found some slight discomfort with it as well.

Its so soft and you can really relax your neck.. super amazing.. but not washable in machine and get destroyed 😑 oh well need to order again and be more careful nxtime but amazing pillow 5 star

It’s well packaged. It provides 5 years warranty which is great. There is a little smell at the beginning. I left the pillow outdoor for 2 days before use then the smell is gone. The pillow is so comfy 😌 It’s soft and supportive at the same time 💓

Je ai reçu en cadeau de mon fils , car je me plaingnait constamment de mes mals de cou en me levant de mon lit , il a dit essaye celle là , puisque tous ceux j’ai essayer ne m’aidait pas et de plus oreiller ramolissait et s’enfoncait facilement apres peu de temps Celle-ci reprend sa forme initial , enveloppe couleur neutre on peut la laver au besoin et en plus facile a re-inserer puisque le zipper est appoint . est est par contre plus pour un lit double a mon avis , mais ben correct malgré tout escque jen racheterais une moi -meme a 100 % je la conseille fortement

This is my new favourite pillow!! I put my head on it and got another one… It is amazing!! It made a weird sound when I was pushing it with my hands but as soon as input my head down, it was heavenly. And its airy so it doesn’t overhead and counters with every move. Love this pillow ❤

Good feel, solid and not springy, conforms to the shape you want. May tend to compress and reduce support which may require to fold halfway when lying on you side. Good ventilation and not hot. I like it very much. I think its better if you have 2 so you can conform it to the height you want.

Smells like roses. Nice and firm but not too much. Good support for a side sleeper, back sleeper would likely love it too. Only took a short nap on it thus far but from what I did, it will relieve my neck and shoulder pain which was caused by a Serta pillow that went flat like a pancake in 2 weeks.
