I have a 34″ waist so this should have been more than large enough to fit. Being also a bit of a barrel chested physique it was just big enough to fit.The velcro hold securely around the waist and the tensioners at the sides also hold well. I find that the tensioners must be dangling to initially put the belt on. They may then be pulled to the desired tension and the velcro attached.Since I have injured both shoulders in the past, pulling the tensioners tight enough is a bit of an issue but with practice it is becoming easier to do. Once the belt is on it does provide extra support and relieves some back pain so that i can do chores around the yard or house.

Does exactly what it claims. I have lower back pain and this thing really helps alleviate it and provides good support.I’ve worn this for hours for pain relief and I dont do any work/lifting around the yard with out it. I’ve slept in it and felt great getting up, and even on long drives.I dont know why I didnt get one sooner.

The only thing I don’t like about this product is that it does not come in diferrent sizes. One size fits all doesn’t work with people who have small waistline because it overlaps and can’t be tighten correctly.

I really like this support because other brands have plastic d-rings for size adjustment and they just dig into your body and make you feel uncomfortable. This brand is just more comfortable to wear and can be worn for long periods of time. Really fantastic!
